Information we collect

We may receive your name, email address, transaction or order reference, purchase details and any information you include in a support or refund request. WarriorPlus processes checkout and payment information under its own privacy terms. Our hosting provider may process ordinary technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details and security logs when you visit the website.

The BonusStack AI app performs its authoring work in your browser and uses local browser storage to remember projects and settings. We do not receive the offer details, pasted AI output or project content you enter into the app unless you deliberately send that information to us. If you configure an exported delivery page to use a webhook, submitted buyer details go to the webhook you choose; Network66 does not receive them unless you configure a Network66-controlled endpoint.

How and why we use information

We use personal information to fulfil purchases, provide access and support, handle refunds, protect the service, keep appropriate business records and comply with legal obligations. These uses are based on performing our contract with you, meeting legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the business. We use consent where consent is required, including for optional marketing communications, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.

Service providers and international processing

We use service providers including WarriorPlus for checkout, payment and affiliate tracking, KnownHost for website hosting, and communications providers for support email. These providers process information under their own terms and may process it outside the UK. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we rely on the provider’s applicable transfer mechanism or other lawful safeguard.

Cookies and local storage

BonusStack AI uses browser local storage for app settings and saved project data. The WarriorPlus sales-page code may use cookies or similar technology for checkout, affiliate attribution, fraud prevention and sales tracking. You can manage browser storage and cookies through your browser, although disabling them may affect checkout attribution or saved app settings.

Retention

We keep purchase, refund and accounting records for as long as reasonably required for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, tax and legal obligations. Support correspondence is retained only while it remains reasonably useful for those purposes. Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent or it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and to receive certain information in a portable form. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Contact us to exercise a right. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
